3383320 - 'N/A' character converted to Blank when writing to CSV file for SAP Data Intelligence

Symptom

  • Extracting data using DI operators, Python Operator is used
  • In source the data is 'N/A', in DI Metadata Explorer the data displays correctly as 'N/A'
  • However after writing into CSV file, the 'N/A' characters are displayed as blank
  • In Python Operator script, the code is using pandas.read_csv() function
