3383339 - No Value Is Shown When Creating a “/“ or “*” Calculation Rule

You are creating a calculation rule which uses multiply (*) or division (/) as an Operator, but the Second Operand (field below) shows no value to select.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open Adaptation Mode.
2. Go to a relevant screen (Ex: Header of Opportunity TI).
3. Click on Add > Field.
4. Mark "Calculated" as Yes.
5. Select any first Operand.
6. Select / or * as Operator.
7. Second Value has no option to Select.

The field Type in this case needs to be "Decimal Number" - Fields with Type "Amount" or "Quantity" can't be used, as the result of Calculation can go to Decimal values.

You need to create a Field with type "Decimal Number"
