3383369 - "Schema SAPHANADB already exists. For a new installation, an empty database is desired" error while trying to install multiple S/4 Hana systems to the same tenant database

Symptom

While trying to install S/4 Hana system to the a tenant database using SWPM, you get the following error:

"Schema SAPHANADB already exists. For a new installation, an empty database is desired. Please make sure the target database is the correct one. You can continue by manually dropping user SAPHANADB."
