3383407 - Changing the Configure Document Management from OpenText to SuccessFactors

• Is it possible to change the Configure Document Management from OpenText to SuccessFactors?
• How to change the Configure Document Management from OpenText to SuccessFactors?
• What will happen to the existing documents in the Manage Documents area? Is it required to download and import the existing documents back again?
• Is it possible to switch from OpenText to SuccessFactors without attachment migration, by deleting the DMS in OBITenantConfig?

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

• Attachment content migration from OpenText to SuccessFactors is not currently available.
• It is possible to disable OpenText integration, by unchecking the Provisioning settings ‘Enable OpenText Integration’. After disabling 'Enable OpenText Integration' , Attachment operation will switch to SF. After switch, customer will no longer has access to attachment content stored on OpenText. Attachment metadata are still available, but the attachment content is not.
• Cleanup of DMSPersonFolder objects is not required for switching from OpenText to SuccessFactors. Deletion of OBITenantConfig is optional.

• The process steps are:
  1. Download all attachments stored in OpenText
  2. Disable 'Enable OpenText Integration’ in provisioning
  3. Manual upload these attachments to SuccessFactors  (Please note attachment content can’t be updated, every upload will be new attachment.)
