3383436 - "TICKET: Failed to get a new re-entrance ticket within 10s" error occurs when launching query/workbook from RAAOE

In AO, a default workbook is set. The datasource BW system of the default workbook is different from the BW system that launches query from RAAOE.
In this case, when launching a query/workbook from RAAOE, error occurs:

 If AO is started from Windows start menu and the same query is inserted directly with 'Open Data Source', there is no issue even if the default workbook is set.

1. In T-code RAAOE, launch a query/workbook.
2. AO is launched, it asks for user and password input.
3. After inputting logon credentials, following error occurs:

TICKET: Failed to get a new re-entrance ticket within 10s.
---

The issue is planned to be fixed in AO 2.8 SP21. Refer to SAP Note 3403419. The release schedule is maintained in SAP Note 1518359.

As a workaround, do not use the default workbook described in the chapter To define a default workbook.

If a default workbook has already been set, it can be removed by going to "Default Workbook Location" under File -> Analysis -> Customize Analysis -> User -> "Default Workbook Location".
