3383439 - Work status change does not reflect on BPC web although it shows successful

Symptom

  • In a BPC embedded environment, BPC Work status displays incorrect on BPC web when changing it to another status after upgrade.
  • When changing work status to "Locked", a message shows work status change is successful with a pop-up "The work status was changed to Unlocked". However, the status remains unchanged as "Unlocked" on BPC web.
  • In the backend work status ADSO table, the status is already changed to "Locked".
