Symptom

How to Retrieve the BOM ID and Input Quantity for the corresponding Input Product ABC from the "Production Bills of Material Variant and Line Item Details" Data Source. 

(ABC represents the input Product)

Resolution

Below are the steps to find all input quantities of the input products for the corresponding BOMs.

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Design Data Sources view.
  3. Search for Data source Production Bills of Material Variant and Line Item Details.
  4. Choose Preview.
  5. In the Selection section, Enter the Input Product in the Input Product field.
  6. Choose Apply.
  7. All input products along with their input quantities for the corresponding BOMs are displayed in the report.
