3383615 - Custom Status shows incorrectly in SAC Stories

You have built a story using the field Custom Status but shows incorrect data in the story when compared to the Opportunity.

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Business Analytics.
2. Go to Design Stories.
3. Open one of your stories that can show the field "Custom Status". (Most likely a story that involves an opportunity data source)
4. Compare the data of the field "Custom Status" in the story and in the actual opportunity.
5. You notice that Opportunity ABC shows a different custom status to that of the value in the story.

The characteristic USER_STATUS_CODE(Custom Status) is a compounded characteristic. This means that it's value is concatenated with that of another characteristic, DOC_PROCESSTYPE(Processing Type)

Currently this feature is not supported in Embedded SAC. Due to this, the correct value is not derived in the story
