3383632 - Send Email in 'Display Line Items in General Ledger' date format issue – SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308

Symptom

  • When sending a URL with the Send Email or MS Teams Integration functionality within 'Display Line Items in General Ledger' app to a user with a different date format the system results in error.
  • The URL is sent in senders date format if the receivers user has an alternate date format the system results in error.
  • Error message "Invalid search criteria Please enter a key date." despite the key date being maintained.
