3383687 - Central Finance - FINS_CFIN_COPA_MSG231 or FINS_CFIN_COPA_MSG233

Symptom

When using the CO-PA Mapping, there is an RFC destination issue, which can be one of the messages:

1)RFC destination not found for logical system &1
Message no. FINS_CFIN_COPA_MSG231

2)RFC destination for system &1 is not configured
Message no. FINS_CFIN_COPA_MSG233

Diagnosis
The source system is not configured for the RFC usage you are requesting. You want to extract data for system but the RFC usage for this action is not configured yet.

Procedure
Execute tcode "SPRO", choose "Financial Accounting", then choose "Central Finance", choose "General Settings", then choose "Maintain Source System and RFC Assignments". Add an entry for logical system , then double click on "RFC Destination" on the left. For system , configure an entry for "09 - Extracting Data for Management Accounting".
