3383756 - Malformed HTTP request with MTOM/xop specification is not allowed in Cloud Integration

Symptom

In Cloud Integration sender system sends message to a cloud integration flow with SOAP sender adapter , which fails to process the request with following HTTP error:

HTTP 400: Malformed HTTP request sent by client / The request was rejected because the header value "Multipart/Related;type="application/xop+xml"; start-info="text/xml"; boundary="----=_Part_16814_1863128650.1694539105503"" is not allowed.
