3383772 - Error message "Cannot save the changes. The PBEE GUID is empty." in app Manage Project Billing - S/4HANA Cloud 2308

In app Manage Project Billing, when adding Additional Items, the following errors are received:
"Cannot save the changes. The PBEE GUID is empty."
"Additional Items: Enter a valid non-zero amount"
"Sales document item is not present for the billing element entered." 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308

1. Open app Manage Project Billing.
2. Select a project and Prepare Billing.
3. Add an Additional Item and on Save the following messages are thrown:

"Cannot save the changes. The PBEE GUID is empty.".
"Additional Items: Enter a valid non-zero amount".
"Sales document item is not present for the billing element entered.".

Program error.

• The issue is fixed and planned for delivery in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402.
• As a workaround until the correction is applied, if the user enters the amount as 100 the Additional item will save.
• It is then possible to edit and change the Amount to the required value and save.
