3383832 - Supplier Name is Missing in Shopping Cart Report

You are checking a shopping cart report "Shopping Cart Tracking" but you are unable to see the supplier information in the cart.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Select "Shopping Cart Tracking" report
3. Open the relevant shopping cart
4. The supplier field is empty
5. Now, navigate to the shopping cart screen from this report
6. The supplier field is still empty

Since the actual supplier can be changed in purchase request or purchase order in future, hence in shopping cart, only preferred supplier needs to be entered and so supplier field remains empty when you access it from report screen and only preferred supplier field will show the supplier entered during shopping cart creation.

To check the supplier information in shopping cart, you can open the shopping cart and under Items tab, open personalization mode, select "preferred supplier" field and flag it to show this field on the UI.

You can check with your partner to create custom field to display the preferred supplier information on the report.
