3383859 - Value from Additional data collection not passing to esignature form

We have a field in Additional data collection which we need to pass to PDF form field which is not happening.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a text field in the PDF form and upload the form in maintain onboarding and offboarding document template.
2. Map the text field with the custom data collection text field.
3. Initiate onboarding for a candidate and complete the custom data collection step.
4. In the signature step you will see the value of the custom data collection field is not appearing

• If the Custom data collection and document signature step is configured in parallel.

• ADC configured in parallel to Document Flow.
• Since form generation is a service task and ADC is a user task, form generation will always finish before the newhire completes ADC step & the form will be generated with empty values for ADC mappings.
• To resolve this, please ensure Document Flow block is configured in process variant after ADC block in sequence so that values are present for ADC mappings during form generation.
