Recruiting XML templates can be exported via Manage Templates:

• Job Requisition
• Job Application
• Candidate Profile
• Offer Detail

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Follow these steps to export XML templates for Recruiting:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Templates
   • 
2. Go to Recruiting Management tab
3. Select the template type that you would like to download
   • 
4. In Version column click on the number
   • 
5. You will be brought to the Version and Audit Log screen and from there you can Download the XML template
   • Note: Download the version on very top for the latest/current configuration. You can also download the older version(s) of the template. Use Restore button if you need to revert the configuration back to older version.
