3383884 - Reporting on System Email Notifications - Default template will be applied to system after 2H2023 Production release

Due to the db policy from story reports in People Analytics, for SF new feature Reporting on System Email Notifications, the Default template to monitor the delivery of system email notifications using Stories in People Analytics will be applied to system after 2H2023 Production release. 

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. After 2H 2023 preview release (October 20, 2023), go to people analytics to test the new feature of Reporting on System Email Notifications.
2. Go to Report Center > Import > found there has no default template in Content Store for Reporting on System Email Notifications.

As part of this new feature, a default report template can be used directly in Story Reports to help run the report about System email notifications. However, this default report template will be applied to system(both preview & production) 2-4 weeks after 2H 2023 Production release due to the db policy from story reports in People Analytics.

1. After 2H 2023 preview release, default template won't be available in preview system, as a workaround, customer can manually create a story report of these 3 MDFs for email notification monitor requirements. For how to create a Story report please refer to Creating a Story Report | SAP Help Portal .​

2. We provided a template that customer can import it into your b2311 version system Story Reports for testing requirement. Please check the bottom of this KBA to download the template. Please un-zip this zip file to find the template.
