3383990 - Could not determine plant from service org ABC or sales order X in Plan Customer Projects app

When attempting to recalculate a work package within a project the following error messages are raised:

• Could not determine plant from service org *ABC or sales order *X.
• Exception raised without specific error.

*Where ABC represents the service org ID ; X represents the sales order ID.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open project within the app Plan Customer Projects.
2. Go to work package.
3. Edit the project.
4. Go into the details of the work package and click Recalculate.
5. The error message is displayed.

The error message is usually raised when the delivery plant is missing from the sales order line.

The Delivery Plant is missing and can be maintained within the Manage Product Master Data app.
