3384144 - How to create roles in Onboarding Dropdown - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

When creating a group in Onboarding, it is possible to edit the Roles that appear in the dropdown.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Resolution

  1. Go to Super Admin;
  2. Select Named User Types;
  3. Click Add Named User type.

If you don't have access to Super Admin, please create a ticket to SAP.
