3384239 - Delivery document cannot be created in EWM, stuck in SMQ2 queue

A delivery created with wrong configuration in an SAP ERP / S/4HANA system was distributed to SAP Extended Warehouse Management, where the savereplica queue got stuck and cannot be processed. The business knows what needs to be fixed, but the failed delivery must be closed first in order to create a new delivery with the correct data.

The SLGD log for the failed queue starts with the error message: "Could not create header data delivery &1, system &2" /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012, following another more specific error message(s), for example:

• "No document type found for delivery type &1 from system &2" /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION002
• "No business partner found for ERP partner &1 (role:&2)" /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION053
• "Error during mapping: material &1 does not exist" /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION088
• "There are no freight units for LE delivery 8000001 yet" /SCMTMS/LOG_INT081
• "Status &1 (&2) obligatory for transportation planning type &3 (&4)" /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF822
• "Status &1 (&2) not permitted for transportation planning type &3 (&4)" /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF840
