Always being guided to the "Create with reference (to billing document)" page when trying to create a debit memo request (DR) from the "Create Debit Memo Request" function of the "Manage Debit Memo Requests" app.

The root cause lies in that the value of the "Reference Mandatory" is set as "M - With ref.to billing document" instead of "blank - No reference required" for the sales document type "DR" in the configuration activity "Configure Sales Document Types (ID: 102495)".

Set the value of the "Reference Mandatory" field from "M - With ref.to billing document" to "blank - No reference required" in the configuration activity "Configure Sales Document Types (ID: 102495)".
