3384272 - Cannot Add HANA Database Into Database Explorer with Error Code: DUPLICATE_DATABASE

Symptom

When trying to add a HANA database into Database Explorer, it fails with error below however the database does not exist in the Filter List.

The database could not be added to the Database Explorer.
Error code: DUPLICATE_DATABASE
Another database has already been added with name
