When saving Serving Contracts in Manage Service Contracts Fiori app.

Case 2:

When creating Solution Orders in Maintain Solution orders Fiori app.

The following error raised.

 "Partner <Workforce Person> (Employee Responsible) is neither an employee nor an organizational unit"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The Workforce Person was created incorrectly, or the Business Partner's role was added without HR data source.

The provided employee must have a work agreement to create solution orders.
