3384413 - Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers Report is Missing in the system

You cannot find the Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers Report in the system.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to General Ledger workcenter.
2. Click on Reports view.
3. You cannot find the Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers Report. OR
   This report is not visible in the Business Analytics work center - Design Reports view. 

Basically, the functionality Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers is not scoped at the time of implementing project.

Follow the below steps to scope the report:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Click on Implementation Projects. 
3. Select the Project. 
4. Click on Edit Project Scope. 
5. Go to Step - 4 Questions.
6. Under Scoping element select Financial and Management Accounting and here select General Ledger. 
7. Select General Ledger element. 
8. In the "Group: Recurring Journal Entries", you can find an option "You can automatically post journal entries based on recurrence patterns."
9. Tick the box in the In Scope Column.
10. This will enable the Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers functionality and Report both. 
11. To verify the Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers Report follow the steps upto 7. 
12. In the "Group: Your Available General Ledger Reports", you can find "Recurring Journal Entry Vouchers" which is ticked in the In Scope column.  
13. Review and then finish the project scope.
