Symptom
Newly created HTML Mashup is not visible under the Customer Hub Content Side By Side view
Environment
- SAP Service Cloud V1
- SAP Cloud for Service
- SAP Cloud for Sales
- Agent Desktop Add-On
Reproducing the Issue
- Created an Mashup of type "HTML Mashup"
- Go to Administrator -> Mashup Authoring
- Click "New" -> "HTML Mashup"
- Select "Port Binding Type" = "With Port Binding"
- Under Port Binding, select "Agent Desk Information"
- Enter a descriptive Mashup Name (this will be referenced after)
- Enter the rest of information required per your requirements
- Save and activate the Mashup
- Add the Mashup to the Agent Desktop UI
- Go to Administration > Service and Social> Configure Agent Desktop >
- Go to "Extensibility"
- Navigate to customerHubSBS, then click on the + to expand the Customer Hub Content SBS
- Click on Manage Tabs, and click on the + to add a new tab
- Name the tab as per your requirement, then hit apply
- Navigate back to the "Customer Hub Content S B S", and click on the pencil next to the newly created tab
- Now click on the > arrow to select the Mashup created in step 1
- Hit Apply, restart the session and test

Resolution
- Go to Customer Hub Content S B S
- Click on Manage Tab -> then click on the arrow ">" for the related Mashup
- Uncheck the "Show on Event Trigger"
- Apply the changes, restart the browser ,and Retest.
