3384476 - Search object order is not controlled by Configure Sorting by Entity

1. Go to Company Structure Overview

2. Choose Company Structure and click on Search, you can see dropdowns.

3.Click on Sorting button, and we can see a different order:

This is the current system behavior.

This tool "Configure Sorting by Entity" is used to sort the order for objects like department, division, business unit etc. about how they are displayed in company structure overview which by default is by external code.

There is no specific order for dropdown of Company structure > Search. Whichever way it is stored in database that will be displayed and there is no specific logic. This is system design/limitation. 

We have a similar enhancement request, hence please give a kudo and our product may consider this enhancement in our future road map.
