Symptom

  • The Enterprise session is not reused when opening a OpenDocument link from BI launch pad when Windows AD SSO is configured
  • If the Windows client can log in with Windows AD SSO, then a new Windows AD session is created when this OpenDocument link is opened.
  • If the Windows client cannot log in with Windows AD SSO, then browser will either hang or ask the Windows user logon credential.
