3384637 - Inconsistent CVI links created during synchronization from customer/vendor to bp

Symptom

During synchronization from Customer/Vendor to BP, incorrect link is created in CVI_CUST_LINK or CVI_VEND_LINK even though creation of BP fails.

Error "Business partner with GUID does not exist" (Message no. R11124) occurs after triggering the synchronization again, due to the inconsistent CVI links created.
