3385102 - Catalog Card View counts different from Story Usage counts in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Story open count under System Overview > Usage > Story Usage shows different number than Catalog Card views count created for same story in SAC.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Login to SAC tenant
2. Create Catalog Card for story in question from its folder and check view counts under Home > Catalog
3. Open Story Usage from under System Overview > Usage > Story Usage and check story open count
4. Notice that counts for different in Catalog Card than in Story Usage

• This is a by-design behavior.
• Catalog view count is not based on the audit log read which can be recorded by many different operations in the backend. 

• The view count is based on actual views where someone has navigated to that resource and stayed there for at least 10 seconds.
