3385123 - Message Center: User is Not Being Redirected to Candidate's Messages When Clicking on "Message Center" Inside any Correspondence (Redesigned Applicant Workbench) - Recruiting Management

The "Message Center" hyperlink inside the Correspondence panel is not redirecting the User back to the applicant's conversation, instead the User is redirected back to Message Center landing page.

This behavior only occurs with the new Redesigned Applicant Workbench.

The issue has been acknowledged by SAP Software Engineering team and will be fixed within H2 2023 release.

The new behavior should redirect the User back to the Candidate's correspondence instead of the Message Center landing page.

Workaround: Type the applicant's name in the Search Bar to see correspondences from the specific Candidate.
