3385155 - C_SALESVOLUMEANALYTICSQRY does not return any sales documents

Symptom

  • When trying to access SD Fiori apps like 'Sales Volume - Detailed Analysis' (F2235) or 'Sales Volume - Profit Margin' (F2271), there is "No data available" message displayed, even on the app tiles the "No Data" text is present. The OData service 'C_SALESVOLUMEANALYSISQUERY_CDS' service had been activated in transaction '/n/iwfnd/maint_service' and it is expected to have sales documents listed in these apps.
  • The query 'C_SALESVOLUMEANALYTICSQRY' does not return any results with billing documents in transaction SE16N of the back end system either.
