3385164 - WT&A Banks and Accruals Overview

As a part of WorkForce Time and Attendance, WorkForce Absence allows for banks to be configured for a variety of purposes. Banks allow for easy tracking and visibility of a balance and any changes made to it. At the timesheet, banks can show a summary of the balance and changes, or can be expanded to see the individual actions taken within the period.


Note that for situations where a value is calculated and stored, but is not needed for visibility, an employee attribute may be more appropriate. This is particularly true if the value does not change often, and so the added functionality of a bank is really not needed.
