3385282 - Target group does not see offboarding dashboard - Onboarding

Offboarding Dashboard is not available to an specific permissions group. All the permissions are granted. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Target population is not set to view Offboarding in Admin Center > Manage Home Page > Manage Organisational Updates.

The Offboarding dashboard is part of both My Team and My Specialty sections. My Team is for manager with offboardees in their team and My Specialty for any other offboardees, however the preference is given to My Team section in the sense like if there is a offboardee in the team for the logged in user the Offboarding dashboard from My Specialty is not shown. However if you have not added offboarding dashboard under My Team section the dashboard tile was not shown.

To solve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Home Page
3. Manage Organisational Updates
4. Offboarding
5. Edit Folder
6. Add the desired target group.
