3385295 - Attachment is Not Being Sent via Peppol

You are sending documents via the Peppol integration, however, the attachments are not being sent as expected.

The reason the attachment files are not being sent is because the type text/html under Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload is not set to Allowed. 

This is the system expected behavior. 

To solve this, kindly perform the following:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Overview view.
3. Search for Allowed MIME Types for Document Upload.
4. Click Open.
5. Filter for MIME Type: text/html.
6. Select the checkbox under the column Allowed.
7. Click Save and Close.

Now you can perform the same actions and the attachment will show under the Incoming Documents.
