3385383 - When multiple users work on same quote and Approval Process is triggered, Quote returns to previous workflow status

On Quote 1.0, when there are multiple users working on the same quote, and one attempt to submit for approval, quote returns to previous Workflow Status instead of properly flowing through approval process. 

SAP Sales Cloud CPQ

1. With User A, open a quote in Preparing Status
2. With User B, open same quote
3. User A submit quote for approval
4. User B perform any action in the quote
5. Check quote status and see it returning to Preparing.

Issue is being caused due to Parallel Work.

Reported scenario should be avoided at all costs. 
Parallel Work is not supported by CPQ Quote 1.0 engine and it might cause unpredictable scenarios.
