Symptom
When accessing SAP Central Business Configuration system you are met with an error message
"You are not logged in or your session has expired. Please login in order to proceed."
Initial user setup was completed and you had access to the system but you have lost the access after a user provisioning job was executed or the login name was changed in SAP Cloud Identity Services
