3385416 - LOV values are not being returned in the same format when using RESTful api after upgrading to BusinessObjects Enterprise 4.3

Symptom

 In 4.2, when making the call
http://<servername>:8080/raylight/v1/documents/12345/parameters?refresh=false

the List of Values would be returned in the format:

"cvalues": {
"cvalue": [
{"column": [
{"@id": 0,
"$": "12345"
},
{"@id": 1,
"$": "BigCorp Company"
}
]
},

In 4.3, the List of Values would be returned in the format
"parameters": {
"id": [
1,
2,
3,
4,
5,
6,
7
]
}
