PR workflow will be restarted when changing the plant.

When changing plants which are part of the same company code, then there will not be restarted.

In this scenario , a plant that belongs to a different company code has been assigned.

When there is a change in company codes, then it will go for workflow irrespective of the SSCUI configurations or restart BAdI
