Symptom

  • ASE errorlog is reporting:
    Error: 696, Severity: 21, State: 2     An attempt was made to fetch logical page '858200' from cache 'tempdb_cache1'. Page belongs to database 'tempdb_pkg2' (102), object '<Unknown>' (0), index '<Unknown>' (0), partition '<Unknown>' (-1432092673) and not to database 'tempdb_pkg2' (102), object 'temp worktable' (-1432092673), index '<Unknown>' (0), partition '<Unknown>' (-1432092673). Restart of ASE will clear the error. Please contact your System Administrator for help.
  • Followed by an Infected with Signal 11 error with a stack trace.
