3385584 - Output item determination in the billing document depends on the logon language

Symptom

In the billing document, the output item has already been determined. When a user logs on to the system using a different logon language and opens the billing document in VF02, then navigates to Header >> Output screen to review the determined output items, the system determines an additional output item for the same output type with the logon language of the user.
