• System reached or exceeded the limit of the maximum threshold of allowed active licensed payees Incentive Management Admin.
• Customer is receiving the message, "You have XXXX active payees out of your licensed XXXX payee count. This puts you over XX% capacity with XXXX payees left. Certain actions will be disabled if you exceed the licensed limit. Please contact SAP Support on how to resolve this issue."
• The system will prevent the customer from adding additional positions, load data via any data loader, and/or pipelines fail once they reach/exceed their contracted count.
