3385868 - Error message uploading a List Price via Excel.

You faced an error message while uploading a List Price via Microsoft Excel Add-in.

SAP Business by Design

1. Go to Product Portfolio work center.
2. Select List Prices View.
3. Click on New - List Prices from Microsoft Excel.
4. In the template add all the necessary information.
5. Right click to unhide the Scale columns.
6. In Scale 1 quantity enter a quantity higher than zero.
7. In Scale 1 price enter a price.
8. In Scale 2 quantity enter a quantity.
9. In Scale 2 price enter a price.
10. Click on Save Data to.

Error message: scale amounts are not in descending order.

Using Excel Add-in you cannot start the Scale from a number different than zero, this is an Add-in limitation.

You need provide a Scale quantity in increasing order and Scale price should be in decreasing order, Scale price should be less than the previous amount.
