3385928 - Unable to find the Product Specification field in the Project Task Materials data source

Symptom

Field "Product Specification" is missing in the Project Task Materials data source

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center
  2. Go to Data Sources view
  3. Search for Data source ID "PROPMTB"
  4. Choose preview
  5. Navigate to View
  6. Choose Add row fields
  7. There is no "Product Specification field"

Cause

 There is no Product Specification field available in the Data source. This is the current system behavior.

Resolution

It can be taken as a new requirement and you can post the idea in influence forum -https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/886 .
