Symptom

  • After upgrading the BI to 4.3 sp3 patch500 Crystal reports based on universes are unable to schedule to any destination. 
  • Error :java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError (CRS 300003) or Could not initialize class com.crystaldecisions.reports.queryengine.driverImpl.csbridge.CSLocalModeEnvironment (CRS 300003) errors. 
  • Scheduling crystal report to any destination fails in any format fails .
