3386265 - Error in EC of Parent When Adding Mashup via Adaptation.

Dump "Error: in EC *Mashup ID XYZ* of parent *UI screen mashup is added to*" when adding a mashup via adaptation.

1. Create a Data Mashup.
2. Go to any TI view.
3. Add the mashup to the TI view via adaptation mode.
4. Dump happens.

Mashup was not properly saved when being created. 

Also, the Mashup was possibly created without using English as system language.

After finishing the mashup creation, you must confirm the save by clicking "yes" on the save popup when closing it.

You also must ensure to use English as System language.

You can confirm that the mashup is working as intended by going to the mashup on mashup authoring and going to the details tab. If the details tab loads all the details properly, it works as expected and no dump will happen when being added.
