3386340 - Images with a space in the name cannot be displayed

When an image is called, spaces are replaced with %20 - which is expected
/backoffice/medias/sys_master/root/h34/h18/<masked>/test%20image/test-image.png

But when the blob storage is called, the % from the previously replaced space is replaced with %25 and the below url is called:
https://<media storage>.blob.core.windows.net/sys-master-root/h34/h18/<masked>/test%2520image.png

Therefor image is not displayed and code 404 is returned.
