3386344 - Post refresh - Error when attempting to Generate Forms on Employee Profile.

Post refresh activity we are facing an error while navigating to employee profile and through take action -> generate forms.

ERROR:com.successfactors.vaultclient.api.exception.PlatformVaultCredentialNotFoundException:com.successfactors.vaultclient.core.service.exception.VaultResponseException: 404 {"errors":[]}

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login to SF instances.
2. Go to 'My Employee Profile'.
3. Click on Actions > Generate Forms.
4. On the 'Form' field, select any form.
5. Click on Download and the error will be displayed.

During instance refresh, credentials which are stored in secure vault will not be transported to target instance because of security reasons. Hence, we are getting PlatformVaultCredentialNotFoundException error during download of document.

Please update the SAP BTP URL credentials in the provisioning page. Please follow the below guide and re-enter the credentials under the settings "Enable print forms Generation" in provisioning.
