3386383 - EMC User ID cannot be maintained for Business Partner

1: You cannot find the "Japan EMC Data" push button and maintain entries for EMC User ID under BP vendor master. 
2: EMC User ID cannot be inserted at all under tab "vendor: Country-Spec. Enh." of BP vendor master since both "Add" and "Delete" buttons are disabled. 
3: EMC User ID cannot be added for the second line under tab "vendor: Country-Spec. Enh." of BP vendor master since the "Add" button is disabled.
