3386430 - No data displays in app "Financial Plan Data"

After the SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308.3 upgrade, you do not see any data in the app "Financial Plan Data" (App ID: FIS_FPM_OVP_IPPLANGEN01).

Due to an issue, the restriction type KOSTL_KSTAR in the business catalog SAP_PS_BC_PROJ_CONTRL_MC was not taking effect in the app Financial Plan Data (App ID: FIS_FPM_OVP_IPPLANGEN01).
This has been fixed in SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2308.3 which is planned to be delivered in the weekend of November 12th.
Note: This is the current planning and may be slightly changed by SAP at any time without notice.

If you are using this catalog with access categories as restricted but have not maintained any value in restriction type KOSTL_KSTAR, you may face this issue.

To resolve this issue, maintain the relevant values or use unrestricted values for this restriction type, in your business role.
