3386676 - Hires not available in real time in Employee Central after Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

After complete the Manage Pending Hires step and all the tasks associated to Onboarding the candidate is not available in Employee Central in real time. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires and complete hire for Onboardee from all the steps
2. Go to My Employee File
3. Click the arrow next to the Employee's name and check the box that says, "include inactive users in search" and search for the Onboardee/Employee processed in the above steps.
4. Employee only shows after few minutes 

The "ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob" job is scheduled to run in specific times.

Example:

• The last task was completed on 1:36 PM. 
• The "ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob" is schedule to run 2PM, 4PM, 6PM.
• In this case the candidate will be updated only after 2PM. 

To resolve is needed to adjust the schedule times on the job "ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob":

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Manage Scheduled Jobs
3. Find the ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob
4. Adjust the desired times to job execution
