3386682 - QES DocuSign feature in Recruiting

• When attempting to use DocuSign QES with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, the feature does not function as expected.
• Users are redirected to the career site instead of the identification page when selecting "Computer & Webcam" identification type. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Send the offer letter via DocuSign with the QES signature type.  
2. Navigate to External Career Site > My Offers as a candidate.  
3. Review and sign the offer.  
4. Select "Computer & Webcam" identification type.  
5. Fill in the required data and click "Start Identification."  
6. Observe that you are redirected to the career site instead of the identification page.  

DocuSign QES functionality is not supported in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module.

• To request this functionality, submit your scenario and business case in the Influence Portal.
• The Product Management team will analyze your case, and if successfully voted and approved, the functionality may be implemented in future product releases.
